and that includes after sales service and support. You can be totally
confident when purchasing from Roboland that we will support you
all the way.
Accurain is covered by a full 12 month manufacturers warranty.
Robomow is covered by a full 24 month parts and labour manufacturers
warranty, with a 12 month warranty for the battery pack.
Our unique warranty support programs are designed to provide you
with peace of mind that you will be totally supported after purchasing
a product from us.
Warranty Support Program
In the unlikely event that a product you purchased from Roboland
develops a fault within the warranty period, we will provide the
full manufacturers service and support of the product. But we don't
stop there. If you encounter a problem within 90 days from purchase,
and we can't offer a solution to the problem by telephone or e-mail,
we will arrange for the product to be collected from
your home, delivered to our service centre, serviced promptly, and
returned to your home. And this extra support will be provided at
no cost to you.
Post Warranty Support Program
Our Post Warranty Support Program is designed to ensure you receive
the best possible support for products purchased from us, after
the product warranty period expires. Simply contact us to discuss
the problem, and if necessary return the product to our Palmerston
North service centre. We will treat your service request with the
same prompt service that we offer during the warranty period. We
have arranged an exceptional freight package with our preferred
freight company, Peter Baker Transport. We can even arrange collection
and delivery and add this to your account if required.
